Simplicity at Estes Park Resort

Sarah & Kyle  |  June 4th  |  Estes Park, Colorado

From the bride: We just wanted our wedding to be simple and beautiful! We decided to have it in Estes Park because of the natural scenery and amazing views.  All our guests flew in from St. Louis and were able to spend time in the mountains, hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, kayaking in Lake Estes, and exploring downtown Estes!

Getting ready with my bridesmaids was so much fun! We spent hours in the suite getting our hair and makeup done.  We had so much time to just relax, chat, eat sandwiches and snacks and of course, drink champagne!I wore pink sparkly Toms with my dress which were very fitting to my personality. When I first spotted Kyle waiting for me at the alter, I remember locking eyes with him for just a split second and seeing tears in his eyes, at that moment, I calmed down and was completely ready to get married. My mother and aunt made the wedding favors which also doubled as guests table assignments, they were jars of homemade jam, in flavors of strawberry, peach and blackberry.Dancing at the reception was so memorable.  We danced all night and had super a great time with all our guests!
