From the bride, Heidi:
Our ceremony was held on the bank of the Blue River in Silverthorne.  As a Colorado girl, born and raised, I couldn’t have dreamt of a better location for our wedding.  We were surrounded by our friends and family.  It was a beautiful autumn day, perfect sunshine and fall colors and all the smells that come with a day like that.

Scott’s family has a very strong Scottish heritage.  To honor and recognize this, Scott presented me with a sash of his family’s tartan, officially welcoming me to their Scottish Clan.MEMORABLE MOMENT
The one thing that I will be able to hold onto and appreciate for the rest of my life (besides my amazing new husband) is that my mom gave me my grandmother’s wedding band which I now wear as my own.  It complimented my engagement ring better than any ring we looked at purchasing, and it reminds me daily of the importance of family, new and old.
