From the bride:
I knew I wanted some special touches on my wedding day, but didn’t have time to put every little thing together. Happily, my mom and step-sister worked together to make this wish tree. My mom, who is totally not a DIY type, ordered the tree/base from a shop on Etsy. My step-sister, who totally rocks, printed out blank “wishes” on cardstock. She used a graphic element from our wedding invitation (the Flatirons) and our wedding colors for the ink/ribbons. She brought pens to our wedding and encouraged guests to sign some. Looking back at our wishes, after our whirlwind day, has been so fun. Some bring tears to my ears while others make me roll my eyes!
