When Shaundea & Ryan said they wanted to do a paint fight with mountains in the background, I couldn’t be more excited! Yay – something different! We met and did some typical photos, you know, the ones Mom likes to see. Then it was time for paint! They were very conscientious about it being Eco-friendly, so they chose the tempura powdered paints. Making sure to wear white, they went for it and had a blast!

Darrin and Sarah are such a cute and super sweet couple. I love Sarah’s sweet smile and all of Darrin’s silly faces. They are planning a lime green, black and white color schemed wedding with vintage elegance and rustic details. We took pictures in the family corn field that they spent so much time working in during the summer and fall. They love being outside, love going to outdoor Country concerts and just having fun. I had a blast laughing and smiling at this shoot and my cheeks hurt afterwards from laughing so hard.

Whitney and Ross are having a sweet Southern wedding in Georgia this fall but wanted a fun Colorado engagement session since this is where they will be starting their life together. They both love to travel and love the outdoors so we started their session at the historic Oxford Hotel in downtown Denver and finished up playing around City Park.

Libby and Matt are the classic Colorado couple, with a love for the outdoors, an awesome dog, and a home in the small mountain town of Nederland, Colorado. Their dog, Dewbie, who was such a love, was a big part of the engagement session because they had just found out he had cancer. He passed away shortly after the session, and will be missed. But they are certainly thrilled to have the photos of him, along with photos that celebrate their love for each other.
