Kerstyn & Korby | Fraser, Colorado
From the bride: Colorado is the only place I could ever picture myself getting married, and it was my dream wedding day.
I made all of my bridesmaids jewelry (earrings, necklace, and a bracelet) to match their dresses. I packaged them into small mason jars topped with fabric and paper flowers.
We lined the aisle with shepherds hooks with hanging mason jars filled with sunflowers, and white daisies we cut from my parents yard in Winter Park.
The mountain backdrop for our ceremony was so beautiful!
During the ceremony, it started to sprinkle and the wind picked up, which made our candle lighting ceremony impossible (we had to redo it later).
I stained and lacquered creates for the table centerpieces. We filled tall blue bottles with wild flowers.
I love lanterns, so there were lanterns everywhere. Hanging from the tent ceiling, in the trees outside the tent, and the larger ones on the tables. We also hung glass orbs with tea lights in them from ceiling over the bridal party table.
We made the cake stand out of a wooden charger and a pillar candle holder that we stained and lacquered. We also made the gum paste peony flowers and the wooden M for the cake.
Korby is a big hunter so I incorporated some deer antlers into the décor.
The sunset was so beautiful that night!
Kerstyn’s RECOMMENDED VENDORS
By far our favorite vender was our photographers, Irving Photography! Mathew and Ariel made everything so simple and easy. They are both so enthusiastic about what they do it makes it easy to relax and enjoy having your picture taken. Our photos turned out more beautiful and perfect than we could have ever imagined.
Venue & Cater: The Wildhorse Inn, was beautiful and the inspiration for the whole wedding theme. The food was delicious and they even catered to my Gluten Free diet.
Flowers: Our beautiful bouquets were made by Brittany Kinoshita of Hana Style Designs. I would highly recommend her because she was so easy to work with and the bouquets turned our gorgeous.
