Janis & Matt | December 18th | Boulder, Colorado
From the bride:
The ceremony was the highlight of the whole wedding. It was an absolute dream to marry the love of my life. I had waited for so long to meet this person and I couldn’t believe that the actual day was here. Everything just felt perfect. A big part of me honestly didn’t even really care if all of the details were in place just as long as Matt and I were there together, getting married. It was definitely the best day of my life.
From the Groom:
We both are really faithful Catholics and it was important for us to have this reality be made as visible as possible in our wedding. The beauty of our traditional Catholic wedding brought the richness and depth of our commitment to each other in light of our faith. The formality and spirituality of the day reflected the depth of our love for each other. We were both crying off and on through the wedding and it just made it that much more beautiful. I wore red shoes for the ceremony and blue shoes for the reception.
I chose gardenias for the main flower in my bouquet because they are my Mom’s favorite flower. They were so beautiful and smelled so incredible that I couldn’t stop smelling them all day. Their fragrance permeated the day. Now, I will forever be transported to our wedding when I smell a gardenia. I highly recommend picking something like this that will trigger an associative response to the beautiful memory.
I absolutely loved our limo. It was so classy and fun. We also had a little Rolls Royce car pick us up at the end of the night. They gave us champagne and played old music and drove us around town. This was one of our favorite parts of the night. If we could go back, we would of had them drive us around for another hour.RECOMMENDED VENDORS
